BLOGUPDATE: Creator of “Adventure Time” wrote and storyboarded “Flapjack”!!!!!!

PENDLETON WARRRRRRRRD

—————-

Not only that, but he also wrote one of Flapjack’s greatest episodes – Gone Wishin’!

To celebrate this once-scorned now-shared heritage, the Omnibus proudly presents a host of “Adventure Time” episodes, compiled by some awful anime website.

in addition to this sweet art press set for the show, from Frederator Studios!

Algebraic!                 Mathematical!

Over 750 Posts!

Which means:

Feedback time!

What would everyone like to see more of (music? video? game? article?)?

What would everyone like to see less of?

Would you like to see larger posts, gathering a number of media around a central theme or concept?

Is the general lack of Kyle Commentary on content a detractor?

Sound off, motheruffers.

Hey, Everyone -

That was the longest drought I’ve had on the old extra-omnibus, and I’m writing to tell all you… well, all you Russian Cialis spammers, that it’s going to be operating in bursts for the next few months, because my days are becoming truly packed, for once (with tasks that require doing).

But, as far as good news, the extra-omnibus will start pipelining all the exciting updates, that are bound to be poppin.

BLOGUPDATE: Kaiz-esque Mario

From the youtube description:

“Read the description or be a faggot. Your choice.”

Charming. Turn off the volume and annotations, as the music has a tendency to press on your patience.

Beautiful Team Fortress 2 Compositing: “A Law-Abiding Engineer”

What a pup, for what look to be a godhideous (RL) moving picture. What gets me are the mid to full body shots (particularly:

0:48
2:04

),and the shots where the spy looked terrified (

1:29
2:14, natch

) with those big goddamn jamie foxx eyes. That man has too many “x’s” in his name.

———–

And with that Charles Simic-esque spacing, I also declare success on the 700th post! Yip-tip, tummeeroos! What few knew to care what did or did not actualize, did, to a variable extent of actualization! Yim, tim, tuppertappoo! A variable success, indeed.

Finally, while I try and keep this blog exterio-content driven, I do have a very important polemic shift in my personal day-to-day. The Red Ring of Death on has struck my XBOX, a shot that has landed directly in the heart of my TF2 playing. It is the fates, those damnable, inglorious fates, that are sending the message of deliberate, conscious change in my personal life. If the choice of Team Fortress 2 was always a compulsive, intense, and immediately rewarding experience, the decision to renew my XBOX will be one that my conscious self, not my impulsive self of the immediate, would need to make, and, hell, I got too much shit to get done to go and make that galdahng decision.

Anyways, those of you who don’t know me, and just like Stewart Copeland a whole bunch, keep your eyes peeled in the coming months. I’m building a composition video game, and time has just told me to turn up the crankers.

Welcome rapsnacks, reepsyoraro, mjsosnaspear, alterweva, dollarozhir, drappybiaxy, WetAntecySott & Arielliana!

If any of y’all live in the Los Angeles area, hit me up – I’ll buy you a beer and bloomin’ onion, regardless of age, color or creed (or volition).

BLOGUPDATE: Black Belt Jones

Welcome Camliesklieri, leabCallere, MelindaStrauss and dawnhrustek!

Congratulations to the first new registered users on the (in process) updated Omnibus! A hearty felicitation on this most mundanely special of occasions. I’m certain that I’ll build features for these (and other) users to utilize, Bingo nights, etc. So, keep using! And for those who haven’t signed up yet, do so now, or suffer a great misfortune [omen]. Members through fear and intimidation.

BLOGUPDATE: Blog Update

There’s been a renovation and upgrade to Ye Olde Extra-Omnibus! Marvel at such additions as

  • A random post generator
  • A calendar graphic organizing posting dates
  • A “return to top” button

A few more! Further upgrades forthcoming.

BLOGUPDATE: The first sentence of the majority of my posts includes a

(parentheses).

—–

Go ahead. Inspect. How many first sentences include a (parentheses)? And, if not in first sentences, how many within some subsequent sentence? The number boggles the mind (looks like I need to qualify every sentence!).

I also want to say that I love writing this way, and I will only cease when I am no longer entertained.
